We draw and commission our own artwork, and we take other people’s rights as seriously as our own. This page explains how to reach us if something here should not be.
Our position on characters and brands
We do not publish coloring pages of characters, logos, or designs owned by someone else — no film characters, no game franchises, no brand mascots. It is a common practice on coloring sites and we have chosen not to do it. Everything here is original work made for this site.
If you spot something on Coloring Ponpon that looks like it belongs to a rights holder, please tell us. We would rather hear it from you than from a lawyer, and so would you.
Reporting a copyright concern
Email hello@coloringponpon.com with the subject line “Copyright” and include:
- The address (URL) of the page on this site containing the material.
- A description of the work you believe was copied, and where the original can be seen.
- Evidence that you own the rights, or that you are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your name and a working way to contact you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement that the information you have given is accurate.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your message, usually within two working days.
- Material that plausibly should not be here is taken down straight away while we look into it. We do not wait for a formal process to protect someone’s rights.
- We investigate — checking our sketches, files and commission records.
- We write back telling you what we found and what we did.
If you think we removed something by mistake
Write to the same address explaining why the material was yours or properly licensed, and we will review it again. We would much rather correct our own error than leave good work offline.
Repeat infringement
We do not host user uploads, so there are no accounts to terminate. If a contributor ever supplied work that was not theirs, we would remove all of their material and end the relationship.
Using our work
Looking for what you may do with our pages? That is on the Usage Rights page, in plain language.
