These terms cover your use of coloringponpon.com. We have kept them short and readable on purpose. Using the site means you accept them.
1. Who we are
Coloring Ponpon publishes free printable coloring pages and a browser-based coloring tool. You can reach us any time at hello@coloringponpon.com.
2. Using the site
The site is free and needs no account. In return we ask that you do not:
- interfere with the site, its security or its availability;
- download the library in bulk with crawlers, scrapers or download managers;
- use the site to break the law where you live, or to harm anyone.
We may block access that damages the site or spoils it for others.
3. The artwork and the site itself
The coloring pages, illustrations, the Ponpon character, the logo, the written content and the design of this site belong to Coloring Ponpon unless we say otherwise. What you may do with the pages is set out on our Usage Rights page, which forms part of these terms. Anything not granted there stays with us.
4. The online coloring tool
The tool runs entirely inside your browser. We never receive, store or see the pictures you color. Two practical consequences:
- If you close or reload the tab without saving, your work is gone. Save the image if you want to keep it.
- Nothing you color is uploaded, published or shared by us — it exists only on your device until you choose to do something with it.
5. Your own content: the gallery and comments
You can share a page you colored to the gallery and leave comments. When you do:
- You keep every right to your coloring. You give us a free, worldwide licence to display it on this site, next to your display name, for as long as it is in the gallery, and to show it in small thumbnails elsewhere on the site (for example on the page it was colored from).
- You confirm the picture is your own coloring of one of our pages and does not contain anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or personal information about someone else.
- Every piece is reviewed by a person before it appears, and we may decline or remove a piece or a comment at any time, without giving a reason. You can remove your own pieces with your manage link.
- Comments should be kind. We remove insults, spam and advertising, and we may block addresses that keep sending them.
If you email us a suggestion, a photo of finished artwork or feedback, you allow us to read it and reply. If we would ever like to show your emailed work publicly, we will ask you first and you may always say no.
6. Availability and changes
We try hard to keep the site online, the files correct and the downloads working, but we cannot promise perfection or uninterrupted service. Pages may be added, corrected, replaced or removed at any time. Features of the coloring tool may change.
7. No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a page will suit a particular purpose, print perfectly on every device, or be free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Coloring Ponpon is not liable for loss arising from your use of the site — including printing costs, wasted paper or ink, lost work in the coloring tool, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Advertising
The site is funded by a small number of adverts served by Google AdSense. Advertisers may use cookies to choose adverts relevant to you; where the law requires it we ask for your consent first, and you can change that choice at any time from the footer. We block categories that do not belong next to a coloring page. Adverts are clearly distinguishable from our own content, and we never place them inside the coloring tool. An advert is not an endorsement: we do not vet every advertiser, and any purchase you make from one is between you and them. Full details, including how to refuse advertising cookies, are in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please do not click adverts merely to support us, and do not use automated tools to load or click them; both breach Google’s rules and harm the site.
10. Links to other sites
We sometimes link elsewhere, and adverts lead to advertisers’ own sites. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their downloads or their privacy practices.
11. Your privacy
There is no account on this site. Sharing a piece or commenting asks only for a display name and an email that is never shown. What is recorded, and how advertising works, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
