Elephants can paint, garden, play music, and lend a trunk to a smaller friend in these 92 coloring pages. Choose a simple portrait for a short break or settle into a patterned floral frame. Each drawing opens for online coloring and has printable A4 and US Letter PDFs.
Trunks at Work
The first pages put an elephant’s trunk to use: it holds a paintbrush, guides a ribbon, waters a flower, and helps with everyday chores. Start with the open shapes of the side view, then try the smaller details in the garden gate and folded blankets.
A splashy bath and a muddy puddle add movement to this set. The branch, butterfly, and seedling pages leave the background lighter, while the floral portrait and ornamental design give you more small spaces to color.
Water arcs from a trunk before the pages turn to a ball, a patterned blanket, apples, and pumpkins. The greenhouse sunflower and floral mandala have more small spaces; the cottage bell and dough bowl give the elephant two very different jobs.
A rowboat, a returned scarf, and a blanket delivery show this elephant lending a trunk. Between those errands are acacia leaves, stream water, a puddle, and flowers. The resting parent and calf close the group on a quieter note.
Begin with the uncluttered side profile, then follow the elephant family and flower wagon. A fox shares an umbrella, a rabbit listens to a story, and a tortoise gets help. The kite and baking table add two more ways to color together.
Autumn leaves and hibiscus flowers offer two different kinds of detail. There is also a toy boat, a pumpkin cottage, a knitted scarf, and pottery with a mole. Compare the broad front view with the three elephants seen from behind before choosing a color for the sleepy cushion scene.
An elephant sniffs the breeze, crosses a footbridge, and plays a cello. Later pages add a star lantern, mangoes, an egret, a paper plane, a telescope, a sandcastle, and a chessboard. Each scene has its own small prop to color after the elephant.
A leaf crown and a few finches start this last group gently. Then come a garden hoop, bird feeder, fruit stand, dandelion puff, stack of blocks, creek crossing, and marbles. The mouse, hedgehog, squirrel, and rabbit make each activity feel distinct.
Marbles Beneath the Tree
Try the broad body shapes first, then return to leaves, fabric, or tiny props with a sharper pencil. If you prefer fewer details, the simple side portrait and the elephant with a single leaf make comfortable starting points.
Little Jobs for a Helpful Trunk
A trunk can reach a pear, lift a puppet, or help roll a rug. These elephants try a marble run, sort seashells, and tend a cucumber trellis. A calf asleep beside a mushroom lamp gives the collection a quiet scene, while a patchwork sail and a paper fan offer bigger sections for color.
The Elephant’s Shell Collection
Three different shells sit on the woven mat. Color the broad shell sections first, then work around the finer basket-like weave.
The Elephant’s Patchwork Sail
Checks, stripes, dots, and hearts divide the sail. A small set of repeated colors can tie the panels together.
The Elephant’s Mushroom Lamp
The lamp has a spotted mushroom cap. Keep it bright against a softer color for the sleeping calf’s blanket.
