These 100 dragon coloring pages start with characters from How to Train Your Dragon, including Barf and Belch, Stormfly, and Meatlug. Further down, dragons play with kittens and rabbits, curl up in small beds, and swim alongside sea turtles. Some pictures have broad, simple shapes; others have scales, armor, or wide divided wings.

How to Train Your Dragon
Barf and Belch have two heads to keep track of one ball. Nearby, Meatlug has a basket of stones, and the little Terrible Terrors have a game of their own. This group also includes Stormfly, Hookfang, Cloudjumper, and Skullcrusher. The wide wings offer larger spaces to color; the scales and armor plates take a finer pencil point.

Dragons Playing with Friends
A rabbit takes the other end of the seesaw, a kitten bats a ball of yarn, and a fox helps fly a kite. There are quieter shared activities here too, including reading, drawing, and baking. Look through the group for a game you recognize.
These dragons have quite different builds: a long-necked reader, a round hatchling, an antlered dragon winding through clouds, and a sea dragon with fins. Choose a face and silhouette you like before deciding on colors.
A slipper makes a bed for one little dragon. Another is barely taller than the apple it holds. The sleeping and standing figures have fewer small details than the butterfly and leaf-umbrella scenes.
The pancake is already in the air, so the dragon with the frying pan has work to do. The other home scenes leave more time for tea, bread dough, or a bowl of soup. The quilt has broad patches if you want to try several colors in one picture.
There are dragons over a lake, a windmill, and mountain peaks, along with a pair playing ball in flight. For the spread wings, try one color on the membranes and another along the supporting bones. Leave some white around the clouds to keep the sky light.
Leaf-shaped crests and tails fit among the garden plants. A squirrel helps gather berries, while a snail and a ladybug give the dragons something much smaller to watch. The gate scene has a more angular dragon and a pot of flowers.
Fins replace wings on many of these long swimming dragons. Follow their curves past turtles, fish, a seahorse, and an open shell. There is also a little dragon rowing with a duckling for anyone who would rather stay in the boat.
Choose the PDF that matches your paper size, then check the print preview before printing. Place a spare sheet underneath if you use markers. For small claws, book edges, and narrow wing sections, a colored pencil is easier to control.
For more small creatures at home or by the water, see the frog coloring pages. The mushroom coloring pages include tiny cottages and woodland scenes.
